Our business model. Our low provider-to-patient ratio is critical to our patient-centered model. We allow for the time it needs to provide the type of innovative care we stand behind. And our patients benefit greatly.
We don’t rely solely on insurance to cover the cost of our model. We bill insurance when we see patients and accept most major providers and Medicare. MassHealth and connector plans are not accepted. We also charge an annual membership fee. The current rate will be included in our response to your inquiry submission.
Aside from insurance-related copays and the membership fee, there are no required additional fees. We provide a team communication app for your smartphone or desktop. This and portal access are of no cost to patients. We provide access to several non-standard services like IV therapies, supplements, and specialty lab testing, for example (see Services). These non-standard services are not covered by insurance and have extra costs. However, care plans can be created that only use insurance-based evaluations and treatments and need not include non-standard services. Care plans are built collaboratively with your interests centrally considered.
